Broke bottom corner of frame by the shifter. Can this be welded? Does any one if this can be fixed? And what is this frame made of? It's an 05 ZZR 600.

i why not if you can find a good welder. the only problem i see. theres no way the welder can get behind it to weld the other side.

Yea, I am afraid I will have to take the whole bike apart. I Don't want to, but if I have no choice, then I guess I have to.

It can be welded. It looks like white metal. Make sure the welder is good. He will probably add another piece in there also. That crap is very brittle once it is heated. I don't know how it broke in the first place but you best not do it again once it is fixed cause it will break again.

I think a skilled welder would have no problem fixing that up with a TIG welder.
