Is it true that the stock 08 intake is the race cam that Kawasaki used to sell for the 04-07

yeah your going to gain the lift but not the duration with the 08 race cam... it im sure would be good to try out but i dont have a dyno at my expense anymore so I cant test it.

p.s. the STOCK EXHAUST cam for a 04-07 is the RACE EXHAUST cam for the 08 so you can pick up a cheap stocker for the 08's

So if you put an 04-07 exhaust cam in an 08 it's the same as the race cam? Interesting.

I have the race intake cam 310 dur.and stock 04-07 exhaust cam ready to install in my 08 soon as i get time.(.045mm headgasket also)
I have talked to at least two engine builders who tell me that this cam combo will make the bike too sluggish down low,and that my stock cams(08) are just fine..(Maybe thats the real reason I havent pulled the trigger on this mod.yet Im not sure what to believe.)
