I've read (no personal experience in the matter) that the spacing is euro and that they will not fit onto Gen4 forks.

I spent time arguing with people on forums about the 100mm spacing on the gen5. I heard this as soon as they were released but people were telling me they were 108mm.

The 17rcs matches up better....

I think you could get by with either, but if it was me buying, Id go with the 17 for 30mm caliper pistons. I dont know why I said 30mm...I THINK thats what they are?

Assuming they are 30, or smaller, thats the better choice, on paper...

MPP, why different with the abs?

Not arguing, just curious...It does make sense that we would need to factor in the other components, though..

I need a new master cylinder for my concours 14. It comes stock with great brakes, but after trying the brembo master cylinder, Im spoiled and want one for it. Its an abs machine, so Im interested in what you veha to say.

I have gen 4 with abs and m4 calipers And abs Had same setup in a non abs and the ratio was 19x18 and in the abs one had to change it to 19x20 To get same power Looks like with abs you have more liquid to move
