I was thinking about building custom brake lines but then I realized I have absolutely no idea how. :dontknow: Can any of my fellow 10r.net members help me? I don't what tools I need or what parts to get. I've been looking at brake lines all other the web and today I looked at flee bay and found individual parts for sale and was wondering how difficult it would be to build my own. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I'm only considering this approach because I found some Galfer Superbike lines but I don't know if there legal in my local racing series. I don't know how to safety wire the direct fitting into the caliper without damaging it.

You need the crimper for the ends and for the price its not wrth it. Call Galfer or Goodridge direct and have them custom build you a set of lines. $200 and its all said and done. You'll need to supply angle of the banjo and what size banjo to the master and to the calipers. Also you'll need to specify if there are any unique bends that are needed.
