I have supposedly started from scratch to set up my suspension according to manual, well since doing that, my ride feels rough and I'm not sure if its my front or rear that bounces when it hits the smallest imperfections on the road. What should I change on this? My rebound or compression on the front or rear...where to begin? I even feel it on slow parking lot turns.

04 10r....stock suspension.

Sorry, I was referring to my 04, my 06 rides fine so I won't mess with the suspension on that.

increase rebound damping on the front (turn flatblade screwdriver clockwise, top of the forks) and test by pushing on the forks and watching how the front end pops back up. if it bounces, keep adding rebound until it stops. then take it for a test ride.

do the same thing for the rear shock.
