My new bar ends came and I put them on and I think they look sweet. The only problem is if I screw them on tight as they should be it makes the throttle stick. I don't really wanna make it loose. Are there any suggestions? I was thinking of loosening it and putting some locktite on the threads

I may be wrong but lockthreaders are designed to lock in torqued scenario, i would be uncomfortable using it hold a bar end without torque.

Razor blade, trim grip and/or throttle tube. I've had to do both.

trim the grip or space the new bar end out with flatwashers till no interference.
