My first pass was terrible. The rpms were too low, I let the clutch out too fast and I bogged the bike at the 60' mark, but I KILLED the bike next to me by about 10+ bike lengths. The guy slowed down on the return road to talk to me. He asked what size bike I had. I looked at him like he had 2 heads. He said "is that a 750?", I shook my head no. Then he asks "is it a 636?", I said, "yeah, kinda. Its a zx6rr. The race ready 600." He was on an 03 g1k. I raced my friend with the 700+ hp chevelle and lost because my clutches are toast. I had him out of the hole, but the clutches were slipping so he drove around me.

Its not an NHRA sanctioned track. Its a private track.

The local track here is NHRA and doesnt have a motorcycle class. There isnt enough participation so they run bikes against cars in the brackets. I was told that NHRA allows it.

NHRA may allow it, but alot of insurance companies do not.
