I think all agree that the arata system is one of the best systems for the zx-10r.

after searching the site, info I found a lot of topics, but none of them had a lot of information. Thit is why I make this general topic where we can put all the questions, answers, pictures, youtube-links and more.

my questions are

1. what is the difference between the regular and short cans (sound)?
2. where can I find the system in europe (for a normal price)
3. where to look when searching for second hand
4. anybody any pictures/ recordings?

regards andrew

Nice system for sure. I'd get one for my 08 if they would discount it more...it should be cheaper since there is less material.

That system actually almost makes think the 2nd gen is not that bad looking..

I didnt think Arata was that popular to be honest, kinda like Ti-force & Sato.
Maybe the price discourages most buyers being they are not any of the Major race teams, and all that BS.
The WSBK ZX10R's are running them and...nevermind bad example

9r to 10r what is your number one fav exhaust for the 2nd gen
Im gonna guess the Beet he has on his 2nd gen. I have the full system with the "short" cans. Best system I have ever owned / seen on a bike. Perfect welds, good quality, and the "rare" factor. They are pricey, but in my opinion well worth it. They sound aweseome. Nice low growl at idle and the lower rpms and it just screams at WOT.

I want the carbon ones, but don't know is I want the short or long ones.

also sounds amples are welcom.
I already knew that orange one. Is also a guy from here.

I like a low and dark sound!
which cans are better to get that?
which ones are on the orange and black/green bike above

You want the 330mm cans. They are the shoter ones, those are the cans the green and black bike has on it. Definitly a nice sound. I think the longer ones stick out to far on the rear and look bad.

Well, I am runnig what I like best but here would be my top 5 in order
1. Beet (of course)
2. Arata (short cans)
3. Arrow (competition system)
4. Trickstar
5. Muzzy Titanium moto gp bend (had to have at least one side exhaust in there I guess)

Those are my fav full systems, if I was going slip on, I guess Racefit or HP, but not many.

To be honest there are not many options out there for the 06-07, I dislike more than I like.
