I'm not really feeling the stock rubber tank protector on my gen 5.... there seem to be loads of options on revzilla / ebay etc with the Ninja or Monster decals and other CF effect protectors around.

Are these universal fit? Wanted to hear if anyone had bought some goods ones and had opinions on options and fitment.

If there's any specific ones which you suggest then I'll go and buy! ccasion1

I love motografix and have been using them since a few years on my bikes. They stick really well and long and look kickass. Havent seen them lose color or fade either.

Got one for the 10R as well recently.

BTW, removing that stock pad is royal PIA. the plastic pad has a thick adhesive and foam layer underneath which is super crappy to remove with patient hands.
