I've just installed this system. Is there a break-in period for the sound levels to become louder? I'm just asking because I really can't tell the difference from stock except for the different tone and does the bike idle a little hire than normal after installation of a exhaust system?

The EVO2 is significantly louder than stock and a little deeper in tone than the EVO due to the larger exhaust outlet. Have one of your riding mates ride behind/left of you through the gears. Under power, you can tell the difference over the EVO and stock exhausts.

ummm..

I have the EVO 2 on my bike.

Tehre is no way it would ever be confused for the stack sound.

It is MUCH MUCH louder and Deeper.

Are you sure you didn't put on a slip-on?

If he still has the exhaust valve enabled, it might sound alot like stock while idling.

It's already been said, but with the EVO2 even at tick-over you know it's something special. On full chat it's just a fantastic sound and as close to 'race-bike' as you can hope to get.

Or maybe you just left some packing material in there somewhere.
