Does anyone know where I can access a copy of a 94 ZX-7 service manual? A friend of mine has one and cannot find a manual anywhere. Thanks in advance.

Best place to get one is directly from Kawasaki. I don't know of anywhere online to download a softcopy, but I have a hard copy of that manual. It's actually 2 books. The '93-'95 models were a supplement to the '91-'92 manual. So you need both books to get all the info.

I have the manuals somewhere in my garage. I've been hanging onto them since my bike was stolen way back when. If you don't have any luck finding them online somewhere, I'd be willing to sell them to you for just a few bucks to get them out of my garage. Good luck!

A few bucks sounds like a DEAL. Let me know if/when you find them and we can work something from there. I have been unable to find it anywhere else on the web.

Yeah, let me look in the garage tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I know exactly where they are. I'll get some pics and post part numbers for the manuals and let you know.

Hey bud, I took a look last night and found the books you need. Here are the part numbers and some information I found for both of the manuals:

99924-1139-02 (J-model Service Manual)
99924-1160-51 (L-model Supplement)

If you want, you can call up a Kawi dealer and give them these part numbers and you can get a price for the manuals new. Or you can try Ronayers.com and enter the part numbers yourself which should be lower than the dealer. The service manual for the J-model lists for $53.96 from ronayers. The L-model supplement part number looks like it has been superceded by 99924-1160-52 and lists for $33.43 on ronayers. The supplement alone doesn't cover everything needed, so getting just the 1 book would leave you with a lot of holes in the information.

I've got both the books that are in very good shape. There are a few stains and grease marks on the covers and edges of the pages. But there are no torn/missing/or even wrinkled pages. Everything is legible in both books, including the wiring diagram pull-outs. I've got some pictures that I'll post, but new these would cost almost $90 together.

How about you just give me $30 shipped for both of them and I'll ship them to you USPS Priority Mail? That's cheaper than just the supplement alone and puts a little beer money in my pocket. EGay has some on there, but they are all in the $15/per book as well. If I had a softcopy of the books, I'd just give them to ya, but I've never found them online. Do a little research and let me know what you think about that. I'll post pics of them I took last night.
