sticky links.. my chain (DID ERV3) gets cleaned and lubed a lot though, its been on my bike for two race weekends in 2009 and 6 race weekends in 2010 plus half a dozen trackdays and its still fine.

I did have a sprocket grenade on me though.

there are no tight spots / sticky links. i was more thinking about stretch - maybe i'll just apply the stretch limits for the OEM chain???

In my experience, as long as the chain is not showing signs of distress (No sticking links, no major change in slack as you turn the wheel with the bike on a stand, and the chain is not needing frequent slack adjustments) it's good to go.

I just took off a DID ERV3 520 from my street ridden bike, which had about 30,000 km on it.
