Well if its your brother just reach over when u are lined up to race and cuff him in the head,then floor it as the 40lbs is going to make u lose but now u can win see.Me and my brother raced our bicycles and it was even till i got my peddal caught in his spokes then all i remember is me on the ground and him beating me for wrecking his bike.

Thats why!! Im faster but not by much...I expected to be MUCH faster than a pretty stock 05 R1. I only walk away, not blow his doors off.
Heck, I beat the 08 CBR1000RR (same size rider as me) much worst than I beat my brothers R1. He has a 2+ rear sprocket and A&R Baffle kit installed, thats it.

:lol::lol::lol: I did my fair share of beating him when we were kids:crackup:
Down low and mid my bike jumps ahead pretty hard the moment i hit the gas, but its more up top where we are much closer. He cant beat me, but I expected to just run away with it, and its not quite like that.

No, he has an 05 R1 with 2up sprocket/rear and gutted cats with A&R muffler baffles installed,
I have the 08 ZX10R with all the parts in my signature. My bike has way more punch and jumps right out infront of his, but I cant leave him like i expect to. I leave bikes like the 08 CBR1K more worst than i leave him.... the one thing I was never factoring was our weight differences!! I am 40lbs more than him, so that seems to be making a difference.

The car guys use a ratio of approx 33 hp to 100lbs....so you are roughly 13.2 hp down....

That's a lot of tacos!!zx10 is a monstrous bike....but weight does play a factor hell u wouldnt believe the trouble i have with other bikes...im bout 270
