OK guys,

I went to my race instructor place last week and he was doing a suspension set-up on a 2005 636.

he was using a sort of table that was giving him the right sag for that particular bike.

I was wondering if one of you guys know a web site where I can find those infos for my bike...

thanks...

I personally have never heard of correct setting for a particular bike.

Depending on how you ride, where you ride, and personally preference are the main factors. I like 30mm front and rear sag with the proper spring rate for "my" weight for my riding style.

He was setting the suspension to a specific setting, basically zeroing it out so he would have a starting point and then can fine tune it from there.
