I have an 18 ZX10R and at 800 miles i had to have both seals replaced under warranty because they both started leaking. I am 185lb and the suspension came pretty soft stock so i stiffened them up and it rides a little smoother because the stock settings felt really rough in the front. Now at 1,128 miles the right seal is slightly leaking so im wondering if its faulty forks from the factory, I do not ride the track so im never really hard on the bike or the brakes and I have not been riding any wheelies. Has anyone had this problem with the gen 5 or any input?

First off, it's nothing to do with the settings or your weight riding style you have or have not. You should not be able to blow fork seals after only 800 miles no matter what, yes probably something wrong with the fork, but you may have trouble convincing your dealer to do anything but change the seals again. But here's hoping they go for it.
