I posted a while back about needing new cam caps for my ZX and I took a while to finish up with that and never got to let anyone know what happened with it. After having to remove a stripped cam cap bolt and a sheered off cam cap bolt I finally managed to change the cap and reassemble the engine. To my extreme disappointment the same leak was still there. Oil pouring from the weep hole under the exhaust manifold (the spark plug well drain). I have tried replacing all of the stick coil o-rings, the valve cover gasket, the valve cover, and all of the valve cover bolts and rubber washers. I've tried some gasket sealant, none, and a lot. This thing won't stop leaking after rebuilding it about 9 times now. I'm about to light the bike on fire, before I do that does anyone have any ideas?

Not intending to be demeaning but is the cover itself straight and true, is it seating properly, I also had a crack in a cover once barely noticeable to the eye but modern hot oil is thin stuff mate.
