My Gen3 made 200HP yesterday on the same dyno as MCN's 194HP Gen5 did with system & flash :surprise: But obviously with a few more mods than just a system & flash :crackup::crackup:
nice mine made 190 last time at the dyno trying to add a few more things to try to put it at or over 200A lot :lol: from the bottom up lightened balanced edged crank, balanced rods, big bore 79mm Wossner pistons, 0.018 cometic gasket, 0.3 head skim, +1mm valves, velocity ported intake, Gen4 kit exhaust cam, a Kent inlet cam reworked Gen3 KIT cam, K&N race filter, Acropovic headers & a 64mm Arrow end can, wollich flash & re-map. Im going to do something with the stacks & airbox next.
It's running fine no heat issues so far, rod stretch Kawasaki say 0.06mm Iv got all clearances down to minimums, checked the old fashioned way using clay, it's been smashed off the limiter plenty times on dyno & no contact yet.Good power that. Id be a bit worried about reliability with high compression. Do you know what the compression is? I skim heads at work but .3 is alot to take off
The Woosner pistons are just absolute PORN to work with just look at em.:xif michael refering to .3mm thats about .012 inch. if u do a cnc valve job and valve unshrouding in the combustion chamber, takes about that to bring chamber back to stk. cc. i've decked ten heads as much as .025-.032 inch on stk piston bikes. good build skills on that measured tight piston to head, major factor in making big hp/torque.
