That sucks. I thought that the July Laguna schedule was going to show the 125-250 GP bikes and kick the DMG fags to the curb .. Wishfull thinking eh?

DMG fags? Or MIC fags?

DMG started the mess by making 600s the premiere (sp?) class and trying to kick the factories out. DMG gave in to MIC (Honda/Suzuki) demands for 1000cc Superbikes... And MIC kept changing their demands. So who is to blame now? :dontknow:

Alot had to do with the Supersport classas well . It was not just sbk that the factorys fought. MIC is a direct response to DMGs abandonment of not only the SBK class but the Supersport class. DMG started the foolishness, the rest is just part of the game .

On a side not. Bring the 125s and 250 to MotoGP at Laguna !

Yep. The problem is is that the MIC's USSB series is just smoke and mirrors. They have nothing in place for it to happen.

It would be cool to dump the AMA as a support class for the MotoGP race at Laguna Seca and bring the 2 strokes.

I must agree that the USSB has shown little of nothing, but DMG also has very little as well. Their empty announcement of a "possible" schedule over two weeks ago wasn't much. Sure they will at least have some motorcycles at some of the listed tracks, but not much more is for sure at this point.

No information on classes, much less rules for the classes. TV contract still pending and most importantly no Honda, Kawasaki or Suzuki. Every day that passes increases the likely hood that DMG and the manufactures will not reach agreement. I'm sure that some of the tracks letters of intent includes DMG delivering all the manufactures. IMO the extra tracks pending safety approval from a non existent person are backups against the tracks that may cancel.

At this point I doubt DMG will deliver anything worth watching. As far as TV goes, I'd rather watch WSB and MotoGP. If you want to see something live, there is always WERA and others.

:dontknow: TN10R...

Yamaha has said that they will run in the AMA/DMG series next year. Michael Jordan is going to have 2 teams next year...

I suspect that Honda and Suzuki will cave in, and Kawasaki will follow since they want to race where the competition is. ??

If the AMA turns into pro level club racing, that is fine with me. I don't watch much of it on TV anyway. I have no problems with only watching MotoGP.

That would be the ticket . I really enjoyed the smokers at Indy GP . The budget for the wee bikes is not as fat as the MotoGP guys is and thats why that the smokers wont do 2 US rounds. :dontknow:
