new to the forum and just bought a zx10r 2 days ago and its absolutely amazing at the same time as being scary as f**k 197hp at the wheel

only problem i have is the rear brake is really sensitive you even think about using it and the rear wheel locks up probalbly the opposite of what most people complain about but as an all weather rider a usable rear brake is nice to have in the rain anyone know what i can do to make it less sensitive?

I pretty much never use the rear brake, but then again I don't
ride in the rain.

I remember one time listening to a pro race guy, that was talking
about how they would literally cut off half of their pad material on
the rear brakes to make them less sensitive.

Other then that, diff pads? diff MC?

Oh... and welcome. You're going to really like the zx10

Maybe check PSI too. If you're running like 44psi drop psi.
I run pretty much like 32~34 psi on the rear. Nothing like a rock hard,
cold tire for a little slipping and sliding.
