Ok, installed this morning. Recommend you be sober when installing this one. No room to work and you have to push out pins. Anywho...

#2 feels real smooth, but the OEM gear indicator stays on 5.

#1 is wicked, but the OEM indicator is gone.

So, the rest of you have the same issue w/ the OEM indicator?

He got the GiPRO w ATRE

(gear indicator pro with adjustable timing retard eliminator)

Now, if he were to get the healtech unit, it retains the OEM gear indicator. For those with 2008, I'd go with the Healtech X-TRE. For '07's and earlier, they don't come with a gear indicator anyway.

Both do the same thing really, which is eliminate the timing retard in the bottom 4 gears which retards the timing up to 8k RPM when cracking open the throttle.
