Hey! looks like you've got your work cut out for you! Good work so far!

If you're going the street fighter route is there any chance you're willing to part with the lower fairings?

So I finally had some time to mess with the wiring on the new harness and we were trying to get it to spark but had some issues so we caused down all the wires and safety stuff and found that the kickstand switch wasn't connected so we put it on and still nothing so I it was looking like the ecu at this point cause everything pointed that way but we had an idea. See we the bike was looped it seems the battery was flung out like a frisbee and yanked the connection on the positive side of the starter solenoid so I went and got one and guess what it finally had spark so the guys before that messed up the og harness for no reason lol just needed a $10 part to get spark lol what a deal

Just ordered a couple more parts to finish this beast up might buy a 06 race tail from hot bodies for a different look

So I hate to say but I hit a huge bump in the build its good/bad I guess so I went to the dmv and I cant get it registered... so I cant do anything with this frame.

but I guess its good because the frame was sketchy to begin with normal stress cracks on the welds and such and big gapping cracks on the lower cross member. So I'm going to order me a steel frame from the sic shop for $1300 and call it a day so I don't have to worry.

So far my costs to have it running and driving have been about $1200 which isn't bad but now with this set back the build so far is up to $2500 but still isn't bad for a liter bike and it will double in value with the frame all together but wish me luck it runs when I put it back together lol

So I "debuilt" my bike yesterday and got everything stripped down tank, underbelly, air box, fairings, wiring, seat, chain, radiator, and also my rear sets to be ready to swap everything over to the new frame just gotta drop the engine, swingarm and front end, should be able to get everything done in about 4hrs and I noticed that the frame is cracked in even more places then I originally thought so im happy that the title was bad just a lil bit lol
