ok i know this kid with a 929rr i think it's either an 01 or 02(not sure).I went to the track with my car this was about a month ago and see him running at the track too.He has a for sure a d&d slip on and a power commander.I know him from riding with him with my old 750 ninja so i hang with him at the track between runs and watch him run(he is actually a nice guy) he kept asking why i didin't bring my 10r to the track and i explained to him that it scares the shit out of me :) and i also wanted to see what the car ran.He from day one of seeing my bike along with everyone else up here in the sticks who knows bikes drool over it and ask to sit on it.I let them just watching their faces lite up when i say ya go ahead.Well he says after the races we should go for a ride and i say ok find me later. So later on he is riding around town and i decided to go for a ride with him.We go out and run a little in town just to see who was in town.No one was around so he asked if i wanted to take the little curves around here and i said sure why not.We head out to the route the bikes usually take and we get on it a bit me being more careful since i am not as expirenced as him and this being my first really powerful bike.We turned aroun at the stop sign andheaded back the way we came from and i get on it in first making the front float up and then let off when i hear his bike rev up(man i love the sound of that d&d) :D He goes by me and i say to myself screw it :) so i get on it in second and reel him in no problem then shift to third the 10r just pulls right up next to him and then stops :?: I was like what the hell? i look down and i am bouncing it off the rev limiter  i couldn't hear my bike cuz of his D&D so i shift to fourth and walk right by him looking down i was doing 155 when my helmit shifted up  so with me looking at the front of my helmit shitting my self i let off and slowed waaaayyyyyy down.We got back into town and he was totally shocked how much faster the 10 was compared to his 929.That made me feel really good he kept on bragging on how fast the 10 was and how he had it wide open and i walked right by him like he was standing still. All i can say is what a rush :)I plan to take the bike to the track sometime soon to see what i can do with it.For those of you know are concerned the road is hardly used and is straight where we where racing.I know racing is not safe but neither is driving a car with old people around :)
