The ECU is a different part number for various parts of the world. Be careful, because there is not one single "Europe" ... some countries (notably France and Switzerland) have severe horsepower restrictions, and it's implemented in the ECU programming. The ECU is different for those countries than elsewhere.

As far as the bike itself, there are minor differences in turn signals, headlights if the bike is for a right-hand or left-hand drive country, labelling (language, DOT versus ECE compliance), etc.
