Anyone know if the 09 ZX-6R hugger is a direct fit on the 08-09 ZX-10R swingarm?

It has been covered. It will fit with some trimming.

You need to fab a small bracket on the exhaust side or drill a new hole ~1" above the brake line holder hole.

Also, on the front bracket the hugger doesn't fit all the way in the "groove" of the swingarm, so you need a longer bolt and a ~5/8" spacer.
