Ok, so it seems I'm not going to be proving anybody wrong anytime soon.

Mclovin, I've actually been having some clutch issues. Nothing hectic, but when the bike is cold it feels like the clutch doesn't engage properly. After a few min (if that) of riding, it goes away. I've spoken to the dealership about it, and they said they would address the issue on it's 1000km service.

dont waste your money on that 1000 mile service its nothing but a over priced oil change.. save some money and do it your self ... I just changed my oil today got 7001 miles on her already. then took it out beat on it a little bit nothing to bad LOL..

they didnt, someone asked me once if they changed the springs or any thing inside the forks and they didnt, just the outside wall color, hence that the only thing that is different between the two years are colors

Hmmmm, could be that the clutch isn't completly broken in yet...........or change the oil yourself and see if that will help.....it should. DO NOT get the service! Like stated, complete waste of your money and they will scratch your bike. They always do! You should change the oil way before the 600 mile mark.........

The only problem with that suggestion, is I suck at the DIY stuff. I'm the kind of person that will rather pay than do it myself.
