Took the first ride of the season today, and my bike is not running right.... fml

when in the rpm range of 3 -5k .... the bike spits sputters, jerks, dont know how to describe it but, its like the engine cuts out, then kicks back in for like 3ish seconds... then once past 5k rpm... it will be fine, just the inital twist of the wrist, the bike doesnt wanna work right....

i came up with 2 thoughts...

1 possible issue with the clutch/trans

2 pcv w/atune is not working right but checked everything and looks good... installing a new map as i write this....

hopefully some one can chime in with a similar issue, and was there a tranny problem with the 08 10r anyway? i cant find anything if so

Bad gas
Bent shift rod
Pcv not connected right
Gearing? dead spot?
Fuel filter

following didnt work...
took out the pcv and auto tune
emptied the tank, put new gas in

gonna take a look at the fuel and air filters

now its doing it all through the rpm range

Dont forget to start simple, check fuel line kinks or vacumn line kinks from the tank. If you changed airfilter recently could have trapped a lone. this happens frequently with Ducati SS.
