A picture with the fairing off won't actually show you a lot, it would need to be pictures with seat, tank, airbox & tank piece removed to help you.
08-10 zx10r without fairings pics
Anyone have a pic of they're 08-10 zx10r without fairings so I can see where the main wire harness routes threw the bike etc. The tech pics in the service manual sent that great.

Sorry that's 'tail piece' removed not tank piece.
