Hi

I'm sure this has come up many times before so I'm sorry to bore you folks but has anyone got the suspension settings for an 09 for fast road riding. Just need them so I can go and dial them in as I have no knowledge on setting up suspension.

Thanks folks.

its all good
baseline is all setting right in the middle of their range

so if rebound has 20 clicks go to 10

or if there is no "clicks" count turns

So how did you get on with those settings?
I know this is an old thread, but I found this 'guide' on another forum. I set my bike to it without even setting my sag first and I really felt a huge difference! I know I need to have my sag set for optimum suspension performance...BUT..I think its a great 'quick list' for most everyday street riders/mild aggressive backroad riders.

Awesome, thanks for that...
No problem. Shoot me an email and Ill forward you a couple pdf files for front and rear suspension 'problem' sheets. I keep em in my tool box for quick reference to handling issues. [email protected]
