Lanister You guys can just clean your existing buttons to make sure there's free movement. Often drag and vibration comes from this issue alone. Also, old brake pads will cause increase in drag, even with full floating rotors. I've noticed it in extreme application on the race track.

Bottoms-Up I like this idea.

Got a set of used rotors on the way from Gen 3+ and some of the Brembo buttons.

Since I'm on a Gen 2 the rotors from the later models will be 310mm instead of 300mm so got
some 5mm spacers coming too.

Not a lot of info on button sizes etc. so I'll find out soon as they get here and drill one out.

Marcismo55 I'm sure you can. Just need to measure your current buttons to make sure you order the right size.

Marcismo55 Better price and look like the same product eBay Full Floating Buttons

Video on swapping out buttons

The reduction of friction on the pads is substantial. I've ordered the buttons, pads and Motul RBF 660 fluid. Going to clean the calipers/pistons and hope this resolves my brake fade issue.

Marcismo55 I believe you just need to change the buttons and washers. I have a spare set of brake rotors so maybe I should give it a shot.

These are made for all Brembo brake rotors apparently so they might do the trick. Corse Dynamics Aluminum Floating Rotor Button
