|SpazOnaZX||That would do the job as well... I'm pretty sure I bridged those grounds when I did my harness.|

Thanks for that SpazOna, but I can't help but think the negative terminal ground goes to the lower frame ground... you can see the lower frame ground point on the last pic in this guys thread: https://www.zx-10r.net/forum/f23/gro...ed-222513.html
If it doesn't, then what does go on that 2nd lower frame ground point?

The sensor on the front of the head/valve cover is the cam position sensor. The wires should run across the valve cover (to the left) and plug into the appropriate plug on the ignition side of the harness.
The other does indeed look like a ground ; it uses the same bolt as the other grounds shown in your picture. You should be able to visually trace it back to the - battery post, or use a voltmeter to do a continuity test to verify.

noob reinstalling engine, unsure on a couple of plugs
I removed the engine from my 07 zx10r to get some work done to it (due for 48k service and had some gear issues)... Its been a while since removing the engine and i've forgotten a couple of things. I'm sure this is pretty basic, just dont want to mess anything up.
This plug on the front of the engine, what does it connect to? Airbox? The plug on the other end is grey
And the lead going from the negative terminal circled in red, does that connect to the lower frame ground? (the top frame ground has the 4 yellow and black cables going to it)
Any help would be appreciated, this site is a great resource.
