High mount slip on?

Hey guys,

I've been debating over which exhaust to get and all the threads and pics on here have really helped (or hurt) on making my decision cause there are so many nice ones on the 10R. I've finally narrowed it down to titanium instead of c/f. and I would like akrapovic (just my personal opinion) and also I wanted a shorter look, just one to fit the body lines better (sound is a nice side effect) But I really like the high mount now and the hindle ti is one I'm really considering, cause it's the only one I've seen...
My question is what other high mount titanium exhausts are out there? any pics? please tell me that akrapovic makes one...TIA

I guess I just narrowed down to titanium because of the look, even though cf supposedly sounds better. I have no clue why just because of the look of the titanium vs cf. I did see the area p exhaust and it looks a little round for me...like the shorty size and pipe sound though

high mounts dont improve performance any, only look/sound. they've got the wrong routing for performance gains.. and this is why you cant get a 'full system' high mount.

i had the Micron carbon standard mount on my '05. it was cool but you're not going to help or hurt yourself any buy getting carbon as opposed to ti.. the weight savings, if any, are unnoticeable. i wouldnt bother with the Micron high mount for one reason, its the exact same fitment as the standard mount, the only difference between the Micron standard, and Micron high is the angle of the can once fitted. the standard mount may make a little power.. the high mount wont.. and the standard mount can accept the headers, making it a full exhaust, if you choose to do so sometime down the road.. the headers will not work with the high mount. the standard is pretty high on the 04-05's anyhow.

the horsepower gain or lack there of doesnt matter to me a bit..i just came up from a 636 so the 10r has plenty and more power than i am used to..i love the looks of the high mount exhaust system..i have the black fade to green and have recieved many of compliments as to the appearance of it..

I have a question...would an evo2 slip on be louder than a shortened evo1 slip on? the outlet of the evo2 is bigger which leads me to believe it would be but any real experience? I also don't know if the evo1 would be cheaper so that I would save a few $$$ and get an exhaust that my wife hates because it would be too loud
