Attack Performance in Huntington Beach is doing some engine work on my bike and I had them throw the bike on a dyno prior to the work. The results are below and the list of performance mods I have:

1) PCV with basic map from website
2) Autotuner which will soon be up for sale
3) Akro Slip-On with Link Pipe
4) Guhl Flash.

Great numbers SoCalNinja!

I'm curious why anyone would waste money on a full system? The stock header is fine.
Just got my bike back Saturday and here's my Dyno from Lee's in San Diego.
Goal was to improve midrange TQ.

-Blue Numbers are with only ECU Reflash and Custom GP Exhaust.
-Red Numbers are after PC5/Ignition Module (w/cam timing adjustment), ECU Reflash and Custom GP Exhaust.

Total Spent: Not much more than a Full Titanium Graves System.....

77.55 Peak Torque
182.98 RWHP

Custom GP exhaust slip-on
Cam Timing Adjustment (required pulling engine)
ECU Reflash (Nels - 2Wheel Dyno Works)
PC5 w/Ignition Module
Tuning and Dyno

How much again for a full system? And is it worth it?
Then factor in additional costs of components and fine tuning...ECU/PC5, Ignition Module...or Bazzaz, GP Shift, Dyno time, etc.

I still haven't seen any definitive comparison of the factory header versus any of the available full systems. The way I look at is pretty simple: if you've got the money and like the look and sound of a particular slip-on or full system, get it. The full Akrapovic on my bike sounds fantastic in my opinion and I love the way it looks. Is it better than the factory header? Likely. By a large amount? Probably not. I'm happy with what I bought and that's all that matters to me. If you can afford it, buy what you like and enjoy it.

SoCal: all I'm saying is if it's in your budget, get it. The Akra, Leo, and Beet all sound sexy as hell and the craftsmanship is excellent. But hey, I'm a sucker for bike porn. :eek:ccasion1

I dont know alot about tuning a bike but tuning in general a good tune is smooth.

your dyno is not very smooth as far the curve and a/f

i see you have multiple tuning components, just curious why the pcv and auto tune if it has a flash? could they be causing compatibility issues?

I figure use one or the other, or else they are kinda of fighting each other

I put the auto tuner in there just see what it would do with the flash. It's getting removed and appeared to have a negative effect on a/f. It has since been removed and a custom dyno is being done. I will post the results once that I complete. Anyone that wants to buy an auto tuner can pm me.
