I have the 2012 it needs and 8mm ride height adjustment I put and 8mm stack of washers in the rear to raise it. The bike understeers badly without the additional rear ride height. It just won't hold the line on corner exit in stock form. If you street ride only it may not be as necessary.

Rear ride height should be measured from the axle to a fixed point on the bike one that doesn't move. I usually measure from the axle to the tail section and put a piece of tape on the tail section. The rear should be fully extended before you take your first measurement. Lift up on the rear to get full extension then measure from the axle to a point on the tail section and put a piece of tape at a measured point. You will need a second person to complete the measurements. Then set sag. If you have done this already then just do the first step above extend the suspension take a measurement. See what it is then you can add right height by extending the Ohlins shock and linkage. I put 8mm worth of shim under my shock clevis it gave me 20 mm of rear ride height. If you have not done this before I would recommend taking it to someone who knows suspension. IMHO. good luck.
You should check your swing arm angle after you raise the rear of any bike. You want to have between 11 and 12 degrees. Dave Moss did a segment on ride height and swing arm angle.

Get the washers at the hardware store. You need to remove the shock and clevis. Bring the clevis with you to make sure the washers fit and measure out a stack of washers that gets you to 6mm.
