And the right way? Did he cut the forks?

It's not my bike, and I have nothing to do with it. I was only passing it along.

I would take done the right way as having aftermarket internals for lowering as apposed to the forks only being slid up in the triples.

Except for the forks looking off, bike looks normal. My stock forks are kinda soft, but never bottom, and I'm on rough stuff. If the straps are not pressing the forks down, not sure how those forks would work on bumps and stuff.

But, brand new bike, and bunch of extras. Kinda wonder what he'll get for it.
