This one is opposite of what you want then. Used non synthetic for the first 1000 miles. Changed it at 50, 500, and 1000. Used 5w-40 synthetic Rotul since with new filter each time. Did not see the north side of 5000 rpm until after 1000 miles. The engine runs beautifully. Smooth lopping idle, revs freely ... I better stop or I will change my mind. This bike is pristine.
Oh, I forgot this until today. This bike has the gutted cat that Ivan used for developing his tunes. I called him and was asking how to gut the cat as I ordered the power converter and ignition module. He was transitioning his work to the 3rd gen and sold me the cat on the bike. Pretty cool to think the tune is specific cat.
I have a firm offer for the bike and stands and it should be sold in the next few days though.
