No, haven't installed them yet. It will definitely be a PITA.

However, I did remove the hose going into the airbox from the PAIR/AIS valve and plugged it with the rubber plug from the graves kit. I stuffed the hose into the frame for now. Whenever I have to dig deep into the bike I'll fully install the block off plates as well as remove (then plug) the hoses still attached to the throttle bodies from the charcoal canister.

I just placed my order quite literally yesterday! Check it out:

i installed light tech on my zx10 and its only a street bike. no problems, very easy to adjust and a time saver when adjusting. worth the price.

I was in the same boat, I recently bought a set from ridersdiscount, can't wait to bolt them up, I can't stand the OEM chain adjusters

Replaced a cracked shift lever this early afternoon.

Just had a brand new set of Diablo Rosso II's installed at my buddy's house about 2 miles from my house last week; I headed immediately back to my house to drop off my backpack before I went to scuff them in; and downshifting into 1st, right in front of my house, it cracked in two spots. I went from crazy excited to break them in to totally defeated in a second. I did my used parts search with no luck. I ended up having to drop the $90 at the dealer, and it just came in today.

went and harassed some friends at yesterdays "Distinguished Gentlemen's Ride"... for those that dont know DGR, it's a charity cruise for mens cancer featuring mostly retro styled or older bikes, cafe, bobbers, choppers, etc... have a lot of friend who ride in those groups so i tagged along for part of the ride until i couldn stand the slowness anymore and took off on my own ;)

oh yeah...i dont own a suit or any other sort of "dress" clothes, so i dressed like a criminal instead (IE my normal clothes) and went full squid no helmet or gear... they had a police escort and since its a charity run they didnt bother me for not wearing a helmet (usually its a ticket here)

The bike wouldnít rev past 9k rpm, when standing still or under load. Iíve changed the pump and put it back together. Took it for a run but still not good. Bike now revs to 11k, but a bit rough up at those higher rpms. Iíve since taken it back apart to back flush the big plastic sealed filter, it appeared like a bunch of crap came out.
Iíve yet to put it back together as I was waiting on new spark plugs to arrive. Now house projects are eating up my weekends.

Cool

Installed ZX-14R calipers, ZX-14R master cylinder, & ZX-6R pads with Belray DOT4, on my Gen1. Got rid of that Tokico garbage, and oh my f-king god what a difference!

Now that's what I'm talking about!
