Powder Coating

For those who have done it, Im lookin to PC my rearsets and pass pegs. Do I need to completely disassemble my rearsets? Springs and all that?

If you got to a reputable PC'er, they should be able to tell you what to do.

Yeah, I figure that he would take em apart if needed, just wanted to do that myself. He is going to charge me $60 to do the rearsets and passenger pegs.

Yeah I have wondered about this, they do need to dissasemble or no? How tricky a job is it? to take them apart that is...

Yes, you need to take them apart. It's not a big deal though, it's pretty straight forward putting them back together. Just make sure they don't pc inside the brake lever shaft, the shift shaft, and the ball and pivot on the shifter. That can make putting it back together a pain in the arse...

yes take them apart (take a picture of them) thats a good price for front and rear.
