He basically said to F off and wont notarize the title. He has not paid off the lien, although it hasnt been that long.

So now i have the bike and title, but if he wants to (and what im assuming he does) he can make minimum payments on the bike until its paid off. He was driving a pretty nice truck that he also has a loan on, so i doubt he will just not pay off the vehicle and ruin his credit. So i think my only options are to just wait till he pays it off, although i do plan on contacting a lawyer and finding out what other legal options i have.

Thanks
Dude seriously, you gave him more money without legal advice? You could be opening yourself up to criminal labially without even knowing it. You could be in breach of contract and so could he. You need to talk to a professional. This could ruin your whole life. I don't know what state your in, but what you said above does not make a whole lot of since for what I am used to seeing. And I bought and sold supersports for several years as a side hobby/business in FL.

So when he doesn't make the next payment and the bank comes to your house to repossess their bike, you're screwed dude.

I commend your faith in humanity though!

I may not be perfect, but at least I don't ride a Suzuki.

Um...
Lawyer, Lawyer, Law firm, lawsuit. Civil court.

Either find a law firm who's willing to work on a contingency basis or file a law suite in court. Explain everything with all paper work, proof, police report to the judge and make sure you check off EVERY AND ALL punitive damages, extra pain and suffering damages, etc too!

14' Standard Drip (since a Venti latte went up 20 cents)
