After you check the side stand switch and it checks good then the most likely cause is the fuel pump...

..one of those 2 are definately the culprit!!! i'd almost be willing to bet it's the sidestand switch though.........best of luck though and hope it works out man.

Take a risk, and you may lose. Never risk, and you will always lose.

The sidestand switch will cause the bike to cut in and out?

I just cut the wire, crimped em together, and problem fixed....my bike done the EXACT same thing....with the wires crimped together, you will have no safety switch on your kickstand....so it WILL pull out with the stand down....so remember it!!!......but you will have your baby back....lol

Hope you guys are right about the side stand switch that's gonna be the first thing I try but something is telling me that's not the cause.

Find a safe stretch of road, put the bike in 3rd or 4th and wind on full throttle through 6-11k rpm. When you feel the bike hesitate, back the throttle off to less than half. If it feels like the power returns with less throttle then your fuel pump is the culprit.

You would be surprised what a bad kickstand switch would cause. I had the same problem. Took me 3 months to finally try it and I was pissed at myself for not tryin it sooner. Somethin really easy to rule out if its not the problem..
