Sailors are pretty good too. The trick is to put a little "arch" in cups so the top one doesn't start pouring until the bottom one is about half empty...

and start with the cups about 2/3rds full the first few times...

once you get it right, looks pretty kewl. We used to do it with 6 plastic 8 oz mugs with handles...
