Not trying to be funny but, maybe it's the rider? Since you lose to bikes that you feel as though you should be beating. Could you list the bikes and possible mods of these bikes that you are losing to?

The only bikes that give me a problem while racing is 05/06 gsxr 1000 and other zx10r's. Other than that, I don't worry too much about them.

Some of could be because you have changed the front sprocket. If I am not mistaken you lose torque by changing the front and that would explain them pulling you on the top where the torque curve of the bike drops anyways.

get your bike dynoed and see what your making hp wise because if your getting the jump on other bikes and their walking you,its either your bike is falling on its face top-end due to your mapping or you need some practice, because when i had my 10r and got in front of somebody, they only dreamed of passing me LOL seriously and i weigh 205
