Surprise!!! Look what I found out what works in my clutch!

Well after much talk with a few other members. I thought I'd give it a try and it worked perfectly!
Part number is 13089-0003, its the OLD Gen1 first clutch spring plate.
You have to use a few more 2.6mm steel plates in the clutch stack but other then that. I had no problems at all last weekend, go 8 passes in 3.5 hours and it never slipped or went away on me.

I'm loading up now to go run today also.

Hopefully some better Gopro videos will come later on!

Lol thanks.. but it will work in all generations of zx10s. I'd try it out in my 09' but my wife won't let me Screw with her clutch since she's finally getting used to it.

Lots of GSXR guys use the ZX10R judder plate too. The 2011 ZX10R race manual recommends using it as well. After today's trip to the track, I am going to throw mine in too because my clutch is not holding up well in the upper rpm's. I ended up getting a 04/05 clutch setup, with the judder spring, set up at 53.6mm. Can't wait to get back and try it out.

I think all generation 1-3 clutches hold up better then the Gen4. The Gen4 clutch is up high and not really suited for dragracing like the previous models. Just my opinion.

And from personally experience it holds true. My 09' clutch holds up to a helleva lot more runs then my Gen4 does.
