Has anyone done sag (spring preload ) adjustment on their bike and or do you think setting the preload for rider weight is worth anything et wise? I hear go stiff on a stretched bike, but I'm kind light and don't alot of hp. I seen a video of me making a pass and it looked like the bike started moving forward before it squatted, looked to stiff. The bike is 62.5 in and I weight 145 (160 suited) stock rear shock.
