Lowering link stuck

I'm trying to get the bike Ready for next weekend. And I go to lower the bike down and the bolt is stuck and the shim is half way out binding up on each other. Shit will not move I've tried going up and down still nothing even used lube and some force. I loosens the top bolt to nothing. Thoughts bike is teetering on the stand

Its easier if you put leave it on the kickstand and put a small jack right under the knuckle of your shock just to barely take pressure off the shock. If the 2nd gens are like the 1st gens you need to take a flat head screw driver and push the spacer out enough to get a hold of it and pull it out then you can pull the bolt out. I don't like doing it on the rear stand because like you said it will teeter pretty bad.
