I check for leaks and make sure everything is tight..Check all fluids, all the bike's normal functions, check the chain tention and lubed it,also check your gas tank. That's about ti for me.

Never forget who helped you!
Never forgive who fu*ked you.
Doing a trackday is like "SEX", no matter what happens you'll want to hit it again..

I pull my clutches and soak them in oil at least once a week (2 trips to the track), also clean chain with diesel and re lube.

In between rounds I pull my oil cap and zip tie my clutch lever to let the heat out of the clutch. Check tire pressure before each round.

I actually learned that trick over 6yrs ago from the late Great Ruthless Racing(RIP) but the Zip Tie is a good idea because if you do that you better make sure in your haste when they call you up to the line you didn't forget you pulled the oil cap......so another good tip with the zip tie or at least something to remind you.

these are some great tips, what tire pressure do you run? last time i went out, i had it at 30psi, and wouldnt stop spinning, so, i dropped it to 18 and it did ok, but dropped my mph. right now its just a street tire, damn angle tire, next will be a shinko drag radial with 7 inches of stretch

this is a great tip to do and i actually do this myself but leave my key down by oil filler cap so it remind me to screw the oil cap back on.
