here we go..new dragbike project

Well guys bought a 04 zx10r ex kawi canada superbike and well i've been wanting a project for awhile now..and being a mechanic roadracing just is a little too scketchy as far as the chances of getting hurt pretty easily.......so dragracing it is....... ive been dragin for a long time and its pretty safe and i like going fast ..........so here is my project so far its gonna be a strictly drag no street at all...........in order too get the cash for the bike , byebye snapon tool box,...cant ride it at 160mph...lol.............so far here is a small list of parts i have purchased for the bike.....a brocks sidewinder, mps spyder spraybar 40 shot to start,PC5 WB2 and lcd screen,a 16 over evil arm w/dme flat link, rpm billet 1.5"oilpan w/swingin pickup,my own airshifter setup..and lots more that i cant think of at the moment ...and lots n lots more too come thats for sure at least i have most of the big puchases out of the way..........the last pic is my streetbike that i was using for dragin and well i want to just keep it strictly for street use now with 80000km on it lol.......and a very special thanks to matt_zx10, cookmaster, seanc, tone'r,nokturnalmagic, sweetride and especially jeff who has built the baddest zx10's that the world has ever seen giving me advice that only years of building 10's can obtain........without all of your help i would have made a hell of a mess and spent a small fortune on some really bad impulse purchases.....hope u guys enjoy my project its gonna be a long winter ,,,,

What did you do with the Hindle exhaust that was on there? Would you be interested in selling it?

Kawboy,
would you mind taking a measurement of the top clamp in the picture?
distance of the fork tubes... center to center....

I am wondering if that gen1 top clamp will work on my gen 2 .... ?

I assume the forks at top clamp are 50mm

those holes on the top of the clamp would make a nifty place to mount a set of bar mounts.....

flame away...

thanks
