Fuel ?

Just wondering what fuel you folks are running? Got a stock motor 07 ZX10R running pump 93and was wondering if i would benefit from running any other fuel as i just drag race this bike. Want to try and get more out of it before i go digging into engine. Have the following M10 exhaust, power commander, tre, stretched, lowered, geared, air shifter, bmc filter, power one rear tire, shinko front.

I run 89 pump in mine, but if you can afford it get ya some MR12 or MRX01 and tune it.

With this fuel I read that it needs to be drained out after racing from week to week sounds like a pain but on the 10's what's your folks is theory on draining it out? Also does anyone have a map to send me with the mods I have and for the MR12?

If you dont want to spend the money on a proper tune, dont run MR12 you will benefit almost nothing from a generic map.

Thanks guys. Don't have any tuners close to my area. So guess I'll just hold off on getting different fuel for now n just stick to pump gas

As far as flushing the fuel out....I have always just put a small amount of 93 pump gas in the bike. Then start it and let the bike burn it out untill i could smell the pump gas then just shut it off... if you dont run much fuel per pass it shouldnt take long (45 seconds maybe 1 min) to flush it out..then just reverse that when your ready to go to track or at track. hope that hepls when you do switch fuels
