First trip to the strip this year!

Morning started out kinda ruff but after changing gearing and adjusting my shift linkage it got a bit better. These are my 2 best of the day....

60' ....... 1.843 .... 1.947
330' ...... 4.778 .... 4.839
1/8 ....... 6.966 .... 7.000
MPH ....... 115.26 ... 116.10
1000' ..... 8.797 .... 8.816
1/4 ....... 10.353 ... 10.363
MPH ....... 144.01 ... 145.11

These runs were with +2 in the rear and lowered 2 1/2". I was hoping to do a little better, but this puts me close to my best and stock height ([email protected]) which took me 4 T&T days of practice. Im going to go -1 up front with the +2 out back next weekend to see if it improves my 60'/330'. I guess overall not a bad weekend........oh I got married yesterday too

you can tell by your mods why the good MPH at the 1/8mile to the 1/4...it looks like you just needs to go lower and strapped and some more time on launching...after that you will be killing some bikes.

That was as low as I could get it with the strap, then matched the back to it. I just need to get used to the new setup

Seat time, seat time, seat time brotha, i ran 10.30's all last year and never darg raced ran 10.13 last night so i'm happy but........ i have watched alot and listened the best thing is not to be afraid of going WOT out of the hole and to slip[ the clutch as little as possible] but you are making good times seat time all i've heard the past year Good Job!!!

thats where it is! it seems a little intimidating going wide open right off the start but it makes a world of difference. lots and lots of seat time is key also. ive been 9.60's SWB with a few mods and i weigh about 200 suited up
