Drag racing setup help!

Hey guys haven't been on a while well since my 2010 zx10 got stolen. I just picked up a low mileage 06 zx10r stretched 6in and lowerd 2in. It has power commander 3 and just a little shorty turn down for the pipe. I have already ordered a brocks side winder for the pipe. I have a couple drag racing questions. 1 what is a good drag racing clutch mine is kinda graby if I launch it hard. For 2 what's a good sprocket setup? And 3 would there be much difference if I updated to a power commander 5 with the new pipe?

Try -1+5 for your gearing, or -2+2. Theyre about the same and I think its an awesome setup. I know a lot of guys that are much faster than I am on here running that gearing. PCV v PCIII is a difference of features. The PCV has a better tuning resolution and a bunch of neat features i.e. tune by gear, by cylinder, dual maps and a bunch of other things that go way over your average users head. The nice part is the additions for it, you dont need a control hub or anything. It is a nice little piece, doesnt need a 9V to function either. The question is more about is it worth getting a newer piece over what you have, and that depends on what youre going to do with it.

if the clutch isnt slipin i wouldnt worry about changin it out just yet. like op said -1 +5 or -2 +2 both have been proven to be good. best bang for mod like zx said is seat time get used to the power and the way the bike leaves now before start throwin mods to her.

gearing!!!! and seat time will probably come from everyones keyboard.... btw a little off topic. does anyone know what -1+5 will have you pegged out at? im -1+4 right now on my gen 3 and top out at 156 once it hits the limiter. anyway around that? i want to go up 5 in the rear but dont have too many mph to lose left!

I have already made prob 60 passes on It in the last 3 weeks. And ppl don't understand when I say graby clutch I mean you can NOT launch it. Once you let the cluth out just about an inch it goes all at once. And what would I top out with that gearing?

Jeffy are you going to be running 1/8 or 1/4? Just switched my gen 1 to -2/+6, but I only run 1/8 currently.

2004 zx10-66"wb, cut forks, flat link, pc3 w/hub, drag pak, bmc race filter, sidewinder, -1/+6 gearing

I have a 15/43 on my st bike currently and I just make the stripe n luv it my bike with the stock motor n first gear mod needs much less gear. It only had 16/43 I prefer the 15 front and i would keep the USB over the pc5 only because I think they are easy to use even with a hub n module

15/43 is perfect for the 1/4 my bike would hit the limiter about 50 after the 1/4mi mark I'd say it had a 150 tops I would trap 147
