:D went racing

got to take my zx10 to the track today, first time tracking it.

felt like i was doing pretty good, still need to step up my 60 foot times.

the bike is completely stock minus a yoshi slip on, lowered 4 inches, and strapped.

i'm pretty much out to see how far i can push the bike SWB and damn near stock.

launchin from 9k (video is not of my best run though, best run wasn't caught on camera.)

60 foot - 1.827 1/8th - 6.718 1/4 - 10.219 mph - 138.68

i didnt really think about it, i'll give it a shot next season...i think i'm done racing for the year, closest 1/4 mile track is 3 hours away.

i think i may have cancelled out all of my winter plans, i really would like to push the bike into the 9's how it sits. i know the bike can do it, its just whether or not i can :)

i need a track closer than 3 hours away!

i feel like the track was hooking well enough for me to get into the 9's, just going against the extra 15-20 mph wind hurt. there was a guy on a drag bike there that i was talking to telling me that he was .2-.3 off his normal times. i figure without the wind, and a 1.7x sixty foot i SHOULD be able to be down in the 9.90's
